Comrade Siegfried, styled the Glorious Leader of the Democratic Praxis of West Berlin, is fair and magnanimous and greatly beloved by all his subjects. The Great Leader teaches that all Kindred are equal and can be made equal through policy and appropriate governance. The Kindred are locked in an eternal struggle against their beast; only when their most basic needs are met are they free to pursue a higher purpose. The Great Leader proposes that it is the system that will meet these needs. The Invictus sought to enslave Kindred by locking them in perpetual serfdom and debt. In this new regime, blood is FREE and all Kindred are guaranteed safety and shelter from the unforgiving sun.

Our Great Leader awoke from torpor sometime during the German Revolution of 1918-1919. The revolutionaries met the Imperial soldiers in a series of bloody clashes; the resultant bloodshed seeped through the ground and nourished him, and he awakened with a mission—to bring revolution and enlightenment to all of Kindred society. In Berlin, Comrade Siegfried was a warrior, battling the Strix using his indestructible might. He won a hard-fought victory against the Strix and eradicated them from the city, and the people loved him so much that they decided to make him their Leader, indefinitely.

Description[]

This older gentleman has a receding hairline and his brows knotted in a perpetual furrow. His years had craved creases around his mouth, cheeks and eyes. He has a strong nose and a square jaw framed by a short but respectable beard. His dark hair is streaked with grey, and he conducts himself with a firm, lordly air. His eyes twinkle with good humour. His dress is always a well-worn three piece suit, with a stiff, highly starched collar, and on occasions worn with a Lenin-esque flat cap.

Hooks[]

Rumours[]
